SWLVH one of four homes to begin in-person visits

After months of having no in-person visits due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs (LDVA) has began conducting an initial outdoor in-person visitation program on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at four of its facilities, including the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Home. New guidance protocols have been issued from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
