When gyms and fitness centers closed due to the pandemic, Amber Breaux, a former fitness instructor, knew she would have to get creative in terms of staying fit.
Breaux is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and self-described “professional cheapskate.”
According to Breaux, there are plenty of ways to get in shape and stay healthy on a budget while staying safe from COVID-19.
Her first advice for fitness is, “Use what you have.”
