VIVIAN – The Welsh Greyhounds came oh so close to pulling off an upset here Friday night, as they ran out of time in a 6-3 loss to the number five ranked North Caddo Titans in the bi-district round of the class 2-A non-select playoffs. Welsh came in as the number 28 seed with only one win for the season.
