BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Louisiana’s work to vaccinate nursing home residents and employees against COVID-19 is moving slowly with fewer than one-third of the doses set aside for the effort used and a slim percentage of workers at the facilities showing interest so far, according to data released Thursday.

My most embarrassing moment (among others) was when I was first invited to travel with my in-laws on a skiing trip (they should’ve known better). Arriving at our destination I beheld crowds adorned in the latest colorful fashion in ski attire from ‘air-o-postolic,’ all getting into the mountain up-down-up-down fun thing.
