Frank West, Jr., right, purchased the first of the bright new bumper plates being sold by the Association of Commerce. The purple and gold plates advertise Jennings as ‘Louisiana’s Cleanest City’ and the Cradle of Louisiana Oil. The A of C has purchased 1,000 of the plates to be sold at $1.00 each.
