Arthur B. Davis

Funeral services for Arthur B. Davis, 63, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at Stevens’ Funeral Home in Lake Charles.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 9-11 a.m.

Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Cemetery in Lake Arthur.

Arthur was a resident of Lake Arthur.

He is survived by devoted former wife, Cheryl R. Davis of Lake Arthur; four children, LaShonda M. (Jermaine) Frazer of Magnolia, Texas, Jeremy G. Davis and Mallory Davis of Lake Arthur and Ashley (Cecil) Wilkinson of Lafayette.; eight siblings, Geri (Melvin) Hughes, Ella Herbert, Ida Randolph of Rockford, Ill., Harold Hebert, O.B. Davis, Jr., and Phillip Herbert of Lake Arthur, Eugene (Jackie) Herbert of Texas City, Texas, and Rev. Raymond Wallace Herbert of Milwaukee; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Esther and O.B. Davis, Sr.; sisters, Tricia McZeal and Mabel Davis; and brothers, Tommy Lee Hebert and Willie St. Junious.
