Charles W. Guillory

Charles W. Guillory, 78, of Homosassa, Fla., passed away Jan. 8, 2019, under the loving care of his family and HPH Hospice.

Private cremation will take place under the direction of Brown Funeral Home and Crematory in Lecanto, Fla.

He was born on Nov. 17, 1940, to Eric and Eula Mae Guillory in Welsh. He was a dentist for most of his life in Metairie. He was a loving father, husband and grandfather who loved to fish and hunt.

Charles served in the U.S. Army and spent the last five years of his practice serving as a contract dentist for the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Guillory; children, David Allen (Tanya) Guillory and Melissa Anne (Forrest) Fothergill; sisters, Kathy (Ed) Schutz, Evelyn (Mike) Ardoin, Carolyn (Albert) Landry, Francis (Mike) Trahan and Hazel Kratzer; and grandchildren, Perry, Troy, Hunter and Railey.
