WELSH – Staff, family and friends all said farewell to the graduating class of 2021 at an indoor ceremony held at Welsh High School (WHS) Wednesday evening. Nearly $250,000 in scholarships were awarded to a number of WHS graduates at the event held in the school’s auditorium.
