SEC fines LSU $250,000 for post game celebration

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) — The Southeastern Conference has imposed another six-figure fine for fans storming the field, this time hitting LSU with a $250,000 penalty.

Strong third quarter leads Rams to 35-7 win over Dogs

The Westlake Rams used a big third quarter to break open a close game at the half, and ran to a 35-7 victory to earn their first win of the district season. Jennings dropped to 2-6 overall, 2-2 in league play, while Westlake improves to 4-4 overall, 1-3 in 4-3A action. The Dogs will be back on the road next week when they head to Lake Charles to take on the LCCP Trailblazers in another important 4-3A tussle.
