Hathaway High School sophomore Andrew Nguyen was recently honored by Jeff Davis Parish Superintendent of Schools John Hall as a nominee to attend the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts (LSMSA).

Mundy Speaks to Rotary Club

Jennings Rotary Club President Rick Parker welcomes guest speaker Metalplate Galvanizing L.P. Plant Manager Jeff Mundy Tuesday, March 28. Mundy spoke about the operations of the plant galvanizing steel with zinc to prevent corrosion. he company is located in Roanoke and operates 24 hours a day and employs 135 people.

Hathaway High School’s new baseball program recently won their first game leaving their mark in the history books with the first ever HHS baseball win from the first ever HHS baseball team. The Hornets beat the Westminster Christian Academy Crusaders with a score of 6-4 for the historical win.
