1926 - Aristice Villedeaux of Jennings and Lee Johnson of Welsh were charged with possession of intoxicating liquior for beverage purposes, the arrest having been made Saturday night by deputies from the sheriff’s office.

BACK TO SCHOOL MOVIE NIGHT

With summer coming to an end, children are gearing up to head back to school. The Children & Youth Planning Board (CYPB), with the help of sponsors, is hosting a back-to-school movie night, as well as dispersing school supplies to those in need.
