The event will be a drive-thru style, with cars pulling up to the community center and receiving their goodies, according to Kibodeaux.
“We ask that drivers come from Railroad Avenue,” she said. “They can pull around to the back of the center and we will be handing out backpacks from the back door.”
There is a two-backpack maximum per vehicle and the children must be present in the car. Kibodeaux said there would also be a few items inside each backpack.
