Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark is the easiest candy to make. It only requires 3 ingredients and there are no candy thermometers involved. You don’t even have to turn on your stove if you melt the chocolate in the microwave. Yields 1 1/2 pounds of candy.

Easy Peppermint Bark Recipe

• 12 oz. semisweet chocolate pieces

• 12 oz. white chocolate pieces

• ½ cup crushed candy canes (6-8 candy canes)
