Brenda Loftin Fontenot

Mrs. Brenda Loftin Fontenot, 73, of Jennings passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019.

Visitation for Mrs. Fontenot will be held today, Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019, in Miguez Funeral Home chapel from 2-7 p.m.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date. Mrs. Fontenot was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Melanie (David) Gillard of Sulphur, Pamela (Brad) Williamson of Mount Hermon and Kelly (Jerry) Aguillard of Jennings; her mother, Agnes Treme Loftin of Westlake; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her father, Ernest Loftin; her husband, Planey Joseph Fontenot, Jr.; her brother, John Kenneth Loftin; her daughter, Tonya Fontenot; and a granddaughter, Sarah Williamson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Mrs. Fontenot’s memory be made to the charity of choice.
