Debra Ann Gaspard Perry 1955 - 2025

Debra Perry, 69, of Alvin, Texas, passed away on Jan. 6, 2025.

She was born in Jennings to Horace and Dorothy Gaspard and spent the majority of her life in Lake Arthur before moving to Texas to be near her kids.

Debra was a mother to Marcus, Darren and Kenton; “Grandma” to James, Avery, Julie, Ella, Jordyn and Lulu, “Nanny” and friend to many. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Debra took special joy in sewing, researching ancestry, gardening, cooking for her family and spoiling her grandkids, including creating beautiful costumes and dresses for her granddaughters. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronnie and brother Louis. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, brothers David and Garland, niece Amanda and many other nieces, nephews, and adopted family.

The family will hold a private service and appreciate all the phone calls and sympathy wishes.
