Peggy Ann Seilhan
It’s with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Peggy Ann Seilhan announces her passing from this life on Nov. 8, 2020, at the age of 65.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Peggy was born at Oakland Airforce Base to Albert Seilhan and Jessie Mae Reynolds on Jan. 31, 1955. She worked as a cafeteria worker for 20 years. She loved baking and making rosaries. Her greatest joy came from the time she was able to spend with her family. She was a kind and loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Peggy is survived by her father, Albert Seilhan of Jennings; her companion, Malcom “Moose” Dupont of Jennings; her son, John Nevels (Verna Fruge) of San Augustine, Texas; her daughter, Mindy (Josh) Stewart of Jennings; her stepdaughter, Amber (Dale) Benoit of Jennings; her brother, David Seilhan of Oklahoma; her sisters, Carla Berkel (Kevin) of Blue Springs; Mo., and Judy (Johnny) Watson of Jennings; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Josh, Jr., Dalton and Neveah Ann; her nieces, Coney Britt and Jessica Maturo; her nephews, B.J. Font, Aaron Berkel, Steven Brett, Trey Martin and Trey Martin; great-niece, Meya Evans; and great-nephew, Stephen Evans, Jr.
Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Mae Reynolds; her husband, Gary Bob Denny; her best friend, Penny June Dupont; her brothers, Kenneth Albert Seilhan and Donus Scroufe; her sister, Velma Seilhan; her grandmother, Ozemia Seilhan; her grandfather, Walter Seilhan; and her grandson, Aaron Blake Richard.
