Marion M. LaBauve

ELTON - Marion “DoDo” M. LaBauve, 95, passed away peacefully Jan. 17, 2020, in Jennings.

Funeral services for Mr. Marion were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, at Reed Funeral Home in Kinder, with burial to follow in Liberty Cemetery in Elton.

Visitation was held Monday, Jan. 20, at Reed Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until time of service.

He was a resident of the SWLA Veterans Home in Jennings and a member of First Baptist Church of Elton.

Those left to cherish Mr. Marion’s memory are his daughter, Marian Ann “Tont” and husband Gerald Treme, Sr., of Elton; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several great great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his children, Beverly Miller, Judy Miller and Louis LaBauve; and brother, Roland LaBauve.

The family would also like to extend their thanks and gratitude to the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Home in Jennings and LAMM Family Care of Crowley.
