Pam Vasseur

On Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, God took Pam Courts Vasseur home.

Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. in Miguez Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Josh Belt officiating.

The family has chosen to honor Mrs. Vasseur’s wishes of cremation following her service.

Pam was born to Henrietta and Edward Courts on July 26, 1955.

Mrs. Vasseur was a retired financial supervisor after many years of service. She enjoyed camping, shooting pool and spending time with her family and many friends. She loved playing cards and cooking.

She leaves behind the love of her life, her husband of 36 years, Bobby Vasseur; her three sons, Junior (Tina) Landry of Lake Arthur, Chris (Tiffany) Landry of Jennings and Jorge Campos of Roanoke; her nine grandchildren; her brother, Buddy (Beverly) Courts; and her sister, Peggy “Charles” Constantine. She also leaves her best friend of 40-plus years, Donna Daigle of Jennings.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Mike Courts; in-laws Rena Cradeur and EJ Vasseur; and grandson, Lil Chris Neal.

Honorary pallbearers will be her eight grandchildren.
