Patsy ‘Pat’ Doucet Compton

Funeral services for Mrs. Pat Doucet Compton, 82, of Hathaway were held at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, with Rev. Laura Nusbaum officiating.

Visitation began at 9 a.m. Tuesday and continued until the time of services.

Burial followed in Raymond Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pat was born on Sept. 15, 1939, in Jennings to Clifton and Lillian Guillory Doucet. She graduated from Hathaway High School in 1957 and attended college before going to work as a secretary. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the casino.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, Daniel Doucet and wife Bernadette of Niceville, Fla.; sister-in-law, Nakita Doucet; and nieces, Roberta Stephens, Madison Davis and Angelique and Jana Doucet.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesse Compton; two sisters, Glinda and Linda Doucet; and two brothers, Edward and Elmer Doucet.
