Wilton Joseph Ason

Funeral service for Wilton Joseph Ason, 42, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019, in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, with Father Jude Fernando officiating.

Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. in the church.

Burial will be in Peterson Cemetery under direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary.

Mr. Ason entered into eternal rest April 14, 2019, in Lafayette as a result of an accident.

He was born in Lafayette and lived in Jennings most of his life.

He was employed at Key Energy as an oilfield safety instructor. He was a member of Hell Ego’s Motorcycle Club, former president of Bikers Club of Lake Charles, Chapter 2018, Southern Regional Sergeant-at-Arms.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Batiste Ason; three children, Ra’keisha Vasha Ason, Car’darrious Joseph Ason and Omesha Tranae Williams; two brothers, Brian Ason and Jason Ason; and two grandchildren, A’vah Ason and Symaria Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nola Ason Jones, Wilton Christian and Harold Jones.
