The Jeff Davis Parish Department of Special Services celebrates its students every day and for the holidays, one student is chosen to create a holiday card that incorporates the essence of the season. “We are so excited to share with you that Jennings Elementary School fourth-grade student Lyric M. did a magnificent job using her talents and creativity to develop the 2024 Jeff Davis Parish Department of Special Services Happy Thanksgiving card,” according to Special Services Supervisor Jeremy Fuselier.
