“Don’t cops have anything better to do than give people tickets? There are real crimes that could be solved.”

It’s a complaint we have all heard and one some often make. How dare law enforcement pull over the guy driving 90 mph on interstate, the woman rapidly weaving in and out of traffic or the person tailgating vehicles. It’s not like such people are a threat to the safety of others and their property. For some reason those who enjoy doing their best Dale Earnhardt impressions are offended when they see flashing lights in the rearview mirror.
