During the annual Squeezebox Shootout accordion championship, 10 winners were named. These included Professional category winner Seth Spell of Estherwood; Adult competitors were Tyler Rayon of Church Point, first place; Brandon Degeyter of Church Point, second place; and Zachary Guidry of Kaplan, third place. Junior musicians were Seth Sanner of Ville Platte, first place; Adam Dore of Scott, second place; and Lukas Meaux of Kaplan, third place. Youth players were Burke Riley of Scott, first place; Kyle LeBlanc of Morse, second place; and Jace Goulas of Breaux Bridge, third place.
