MANSURA – The No. 19 ranked Lake Arthur Tigers traveled up to Central Louisiana on Monday and disposed of No. 14 Avoyelles Public Charter (APC) by a final of 8-1. The Tigers will now advance to the Regional Round of the Class 2A playoffs, and are awaiting the winner of No. 3 Mangham and No. 30 Jonesboro-Hodge. The Tigers should host either school in a bestof-three series beginning this weekend.
