Some develop leadership skills in different aspects of life through experience or circumstances while others seem to have just always possessed leadership abilities. On and off the court or field, in and out of the classroom, recent Elton High graduate Jadon Ross stands out among the crowd as a natural born leader. While he may seem quiet at first, just spend a bit of time watching him interact with those around him and you will see how throughout the years, Ross has honed his God-given gift into something rather remarkable leaving an impact on those he engages with no matter what the occasion.
