ELTON — The Purple Butterfly Foundation, in partnership with the Wesley Lloyd Livingston, Jr. Investment Club, LLC (WLL), will once again host the “Community Back-to-School Kick-Off and Health Fair.”
A Birdie Bash will be held on Aug. 19 at the Jennings Golf Club to raise money for the local WAR (Welsh/Roanoke) 10 and under baseball team, as well as supporting the local addiction ministry The Way.
A local non-profit organization that supports victims of domestic violence will soon be hosting its largest charity event of the year to help offset the costs of running its shelter.
