BATON ROUGE — A fourth-quarter comeback, powered by Heisman candidate quarterback Jayden Daniels and the LSU offense, allowed the No. 14 Tigers to pull away late from Texas A&M, 42-30, in the regular season finale on Saturday afternoon in Death Valley.
JENNINGS — Perry Lynn Lopez died Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23, surrounded by his loving family. He courageously fought cancers and is now with his parents, Perry and Katherine Lopez, who preceded him in death.
Moments before a trial was set to take place earlier this month, a local man entered a guilty plea for the four counts of possession with the intent to distribute he was facing.
