WELSH — The town is busy making preparations for the third annual Christmas event that boasts a variety of different activities in which the community can be involved.
The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is urging parish residents, as well as others throughout the state, who are Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cardholders to immediately change their personal identification numbers (PIN).
