First Baptist Church (FBC) of Jennings is hosting a Wellness Focus Day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3 at the church’s Family Life Center, located at 1001 Cary Ave. in Jennings. Joyce Ainsworth will give a presentation on her health journey, according to church member Ann Bailey. Ainsworth will be discussing her struggles with being overweight, the importance of “true health” and the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes mind, body and spirit.
