Steve was born in Jennings on Oct. 24, 1962, to Norman Keene Dunn and Sandra Carol Jackson.

He was called from this earthly life by his Heavenly Father on June 8, 2021.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Matthews and Son Funeral Home in Jennings on Friday, June 11, 2021, from 4-8 p.m.

The family of Steve are honoring his wishes of cremation following his visitation.

LAKE ARTHUR — Ben Chapman, 68, of Lake Arthur passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on June 5, 2021.

His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur, with Rev. Roland Vaughn officiating.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 3-8 p.m. in Lake Arthur. A rosary will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Visitation will resume Wednesday, June 9, from 8 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
