WASHINGTON (AP) President Joe Biden on Monday reinstated COVID -19 travel restrictions on most non-U.S. travelers from Brazil, Ireland, the United Kingdom and 26 other European countries that allow travel across open borders. He also added South Africa to the list.

Sheriff: Four girls arrested in lethal attack on social media

LAKE CHARLES (AP) - Four girls are accused of stealing knives from a Walmart and using them in a lethal attack shown on social media from inside the store, a Louisiana sheriff said.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Dutch police took to the streets of towns and cities across the Netherlands on Monday night in an attempt to prevent a repeat of rioting the previous night that saw clashes linked to the country’s coronavirus curfew.
