LAKE CHARLES — The No. 1 Hathaway Lady Hornets made it three wins over the Bell City Lady Bruins Monday night, however this one was the most crucial of them all. The Lady Hornets were able to punch their ticket to the Class B state championship game on Thursday in Hammond’s University Center by defeating the Lady Bruins by a final of 46-34. Thursday’s game will be a rematch of last year’s state finals, as Fairview toppled Florien last night to set up the showdown.
