Welsh City Hall recently hosted a contest in which youth were encouraged to paint patriotic scenes on the windows of the building. Cassidy Richard, 15, won in the category for youth ages 12 and older with her Patriotic Greyhounds creation. In the 11 and under group, Addy Andrepont, 8, and Emma Andrepont, 5, won for their Eagle painting. The town is currently hosting photography

Tupper welcomes SunnyMead china collection

The Tupper Museum recently welcomed a new display. A set of antique china dishware has been loaned to the museum by its owner, who obtained the collection from Meredith Necessary, who grew up in the historic SunnyMead home.
