IOWA — The Welsh Greyhounds had the tough task of drawing one of the top teams in all of Southwest Louisiana in the Iowa Yellow Jackets in the first round of the Mallett Builders Iowa High School Invitational. The two squads had previously met at the Elton Indian Invitational, and the result would be the same in this one. Iowa outgunned the Greyhounds by a final of 78-45. The Yellow Jackets remained perfect on the season 9-0, while the Hounds evened up at 3-3. The Hounds were back in action Friday night when they hosted either Bell City or Sulphur at Greyhound Gymnasium at 6:20. Lake Arthur would then do battle with Hathaway right after at 7:40 at WHS.
