ABOB movie night rescheduled

A Block Off Broadway (ABOB) is rescheduling movie night from Saturday, Sept. 4 to Saturday, Oct. 23. The movie that night will be Alfred Hitchcock’s Dial M for Murder, which will begin at 6 p.m. at the Strand Theatre in Jennings.

Romero collecting Ida donations

So when she found out she’d been nominated by Boys and Girls Clubs of North Louisiana Director of Resource Development Janet Wilson for a statelevel award, she had to fuss. But that was nothing compared to what happened when she actually won the 2021 State Board Member of the Year award presented by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Louisiana.
