EUNICE — A week after a season opening loss to the Iowa Yellow Jackets, the Jennings Bulldogs rebounded nicely with a dominating 34-0 win over the Eunice Bobcats on the road Friday night. The Dogs used a tenacious defense that forced three turnovers and an offense that grinded out over 300 yards of total offense to roll over the Bobcats. Re’John Zeno churned out over 100 yards on the ground and a pair of scores, while quarterback Chris Ned also had a pair of rushing TD’s. The Bulldog defense picked off Eunice quarterback Montana Brown twice, with D.K Ned and Gerald Watson each grabbing an interception each. Humphrey Ned also garnered a turnover when he stripped Brown of the football early in the contest.
