WELSH — The Welsh Greyhounds used a ferocious first half of basketball here Wednesday night at Greyhound Gymnasium, and ultimately claimed a 69-41 win over the East Beauregard Trojans. The non-district victory moved the Hounds to 11-7 overall, good enough for seventh in the Division IV Non-Select power ratings. The Hounds used a big night from DeAndre Soulaire, who poured in a gamehigh 18 points in the win. Welsh placed 10 players total in the scoring column in the win, with Sean Dugas also hitting for 10 points to join Soulaire in the double digit category.
