Indians continue to roll with blasting of Bearcats, 75-30

ELTON — The Elton High Indians (19-10, 3-0) welcomed neighboring Basile High Bearcats (0-15, 0-2) Friday night for a district competition. The Senior athletes were recognized prior to the start of the game and were hyped up and ready for game time. The five Indian Seniors did not disappoint their fans as they controlled the game and led with a huge first half push. The Bearcats couldn’t keep up and the Indians added another district win to their season with a score of 75-30.

ELTON — The Elton High Lady Indians (12-15) welcomed the East Beauregard Lady Trojans (13-11) in the first District IV game of the season. The Lady Indians fought hard but were overcome by the Lady Trojans with a final score of 61-38. The Lady Indians currently sit a 0-1 in district play.
